We started thinking about acquiring a new production line last fall. Its implementation was therefore a long shot. We have moved from classic "belt" production to a more modern, more practical, more efficient, safer hanging conveyor. Thanks to the modular construction, it is possible to expand or change its arrangement in a very short time. The OCS conveyor uses state-of-the-art technology that eliminates the need for lubrication, thus eliminating the risk of contamination of assembled wheels.
A big advantage, however, is the significant saving of electricity and higher production capacity. Thanks to the new line, we can easily produce up to 50,000 bikes per year! Up to 24 bikes can be mounted on the carrier at one time. However, our investments do not end there.
We are in difficult times, which, it seems, will not end in the coming days. That's why we also have a lot of other strategic investments waiting for us to dampen the effects of today's crisis on our bikes.
